The clinic is spotless and very well-maintained, which immediately gives you peace of mind. The doctor is extremely professional, kind, and respectful, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of care and attention to detail in the treatment were outstanding. Appointments are well-organized, and I really appreciate the punctuality—there was almost no waiting time. Overall, everything about this clinic is impressive, and I highly recommend Emerald View to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental clinic. This is a small dental office run by a single doctor, and while I initially tried to be understanding about potential scheduling delays, the level of unprofessionalism here was shocking. My partner had a scheduled appointment, and I accompanied her — we both arrived on time, only to find that another walk-in patient without an appointment was taken in ahead of her, causing a delay of over 30 minutes. There was no communication, no explanation, and no indication that this was anything other than poor scheduling or favoritism. When we returned to express our concerns, instead of taking accountability or offering a simple apology, the doctor and receptionist argued with us, saying “this happens at all dental offices” and that we were “making a big deal out of nothing.” That response was not only dismissive — it was unprofessional and frankly insulting. Disrespecting a patient’s time, then arguing with them for being upset, shows a complete lack of customer care and basic decency. The clinic’s response to my review made a point to say I was not the patient — as if that somehow invalidates what happened. But I was present the entire time, witnessed everything firsthand, and was directly spoken to by the staff. Trying to sidestep the issue by discrediting who wrote the review instead of addressing the concern only proves the point: they care more about appearances than accountability. If you value your time and expect to be treated with respect, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are many dental clinics that understand what it means to treat people professionally — this is not one of them. Edit: Let’s be clear: this isn’t an emergency clinic — it’s a standard dental office. Using the excuse of a “dental emergency” to justify prioritizing a walk-in patient ahead of someone with a confirmed appointment — without even informing them — is unacceptable. If this had been a real emergency, the appropriate course of action would be to send the patient to a hospital, not delay scheduled care without notice. From the outside, it feels less like urgent medical care and more like mismanagement — or worse, a business decision to prioritize volume over respect. Patients with appointments are left waiting, uninformed and unacknowledged, while the clinic excuses it all as “normal.” Other reviewers have pointed out the hypocrisy here: when patients are late, the clinic has no issue calling, lecturing, or even hanging up. But when the delay is their fault, patients are expected to wait in silence. The double standard couldn’t be clearer. Their public response to my review was not an apology, but a deflection — emphasizing clinic size and square footage while ignoring the actual issue: a total lack of professional courtesy toward patients. If this is how they handle feedback, it reflects how they likely handle everything else. People deserve better — and frankly, so do their long-time patients. Doctor always comes late, always make you feel painful and say “what? you want it or not.” “Come on” Front desk made me waiting on dental bed for 30+ mins from appointment time, no apologies just say “what? That’s normal in dental, just wait 2 mins”. Doctor would take care of some other patients if go to her face to ask for services. Scheduling a time is such a joke. Totally wasting time to get some services made your lip teared, your gum painful and bleeding. Nobody would come back after tried. Great marketing and campaign tho, what you do never matched to what you say.Google rating score: 4.7 of 5, based on 215 reviews
